Build, install, test and maintain robotics equipment and related automated production systems using plc skills in ladder logic. Follow up on implemented systems to ensure reliable equipment performance. Develop PLCs and work with Automation Engineers in a laboratory environment. Work with complex high-performance manufacturing systems. Operate, test, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair robots and other automated equipment using PLC skills in ladder logic. Develop PLC and HMI control system interfaces for automated servo-mechanical and electro mechanical equipment using SCL, Ladder, Siemens and Delphi control software. Develop technical schedules for the inspection, repair and maintenance of specialized instrumentation and controls systems. Analyzes technical specifications of mechatronic systems, subsystems, modules and components. Install, repair, adjust, and test equipment and components to ensure that systems function properly. Communicate with machine operators and operate equipment to detect equipment problems, analyze malfunctions, and verify system problems. Provide electrical/mechanical installation support and technical expertise during new project launches. Improve performance of automated equipment, inspection equipment and robotic work-cells. Perform set-up of the conveying, robotic handling and flaming systems on molding machines.

Requirements: High School Degree and 48 months experience in job offer or as Automations Technician, Mechanical Technician, Controls Technician or related field.
